Who we are

Open Rate is a small digital consulting company located in Toronto, Canada. We specialize in permission based email marketing and have been providing clients with strategic insights and best practices for over a decade through past experiences with marketing services firms and advertising agencies.

Open Rate Principal, Colin Bhowmik, has a wealth of experience planning, directing and managing email programs for Fortune 500 companies in Canada and the US. More recently, Colin has worked with market leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies Pepsi Cola and Unilever. He has also supported clients in the Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, Retail, and Financial verticals providing valuable insights and thought leadership.
